A Community Advisory Group (CAG), comprised of community members representing different sectors and industries, was formed at the beginning of the study to guide the development of the project and provide feedback on deliverables.  

The CAG held four meetings at different locations in both Archer Heights and Garfield Ridge and included affected businesses, first responders, community leaders, transit agencies, environmental groups, utility groups, bicycle clubs, disability groups, and public safety officials.
